So here it is, the inaugural issue of the new Urban Essence mix series has arrived!

Volume One explores the deeper ambient sounds of 170bpm music and 2-step. Aimed at joining the dots between lounge and club, this new series will feature music of various styles and from all walks of life, linked by its emotive and harmonic nature. Featuring various unsigned and freely available tracks, Urban Essence also looks to promote the wealth of fresh new music that has as yet evaded the attention of record labels.
