With support from the likes of Om Unit and Toddla T, Itoa‘s ‘Peng’ floats effortlessly in the no-man’s land between cheeky swagger and skeletal bass-weight, a scattergun arrangement that’s both an homage to the original Chicago footwork sound whilst and a nesting ground of influence from styles further afield – Grime, Bashment, Jungle, you name it.

A confident and creative debut from the London-based producer, with a subsequent remix package generously given away as a free download via the producer’s Soundcloud page. Check the incredible video below, a homage to the art of luscious kebabery and its unnerving affect on man- and womankind.
